Pedestrian struck by bus in city
A man was taken to hospital after being struck by a bus in Bristol, it has emerged.

The pedestrian was hit on Hotwell Road in the city centre at about 2200 BST on Saturday.

The man, aged 21, suffered minor head injuries. Police closed the road for several hours.

One witness said: "I could see the bus and lots of paramedics. It was causing lots of problems for people getting back from Ashton Court."
