The new development is to be known as The Campus

A Bristol secondary school and its primary feeder school are to become linked under one board of governors.
The decision is part of a £37m building project to unite Hartcliffe Engineering Community College and Teyfant Community School on one campus.
A new executive principal is also to be appointed to the new development.
The federation will be known as The Campus, but each school will keep its own identity with separate budgets and Ofsted inspections.
New expertise
Bristol city council said that recently published research showed how many young people in south Bristol were not able to transfer successfully from one educational setting to another.
The Campus aims to provide a smooth journey for pupils from nursery age, through primary and secondary education and on to further or higher education and vocational training.
There are currently 18 governors at each school.
Under the new arrangement, there will be 24 governors, including two sponsor governors, nominated by the Trust in Learning Pathfinder Partnership Board, who will bring new expertise to the federated governing body.
Caroline Jenkins, chair of governors at Teyfant Community School, said: "It's an exciting milestone in the schools' history.
"We are very confident that the move will bring huge positive benefits for the children, the staff and the wider community."
