Ozzie the dog
Ozzie was tied up and set alight
Two teenagers have been arrested after a dog was tied up and set alight in Bristol.

The two-year-old border collie, called Ozzie, was found by the RSPCA in Bedminster earlier this month suffering major burns.

Police arrested a 14-year-old boy from Windmill Hill on suspicion of arson and cruelty to an animal on Monday.

A 19-year-old man from Henbury was later arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and animal cruelty.

Both teenagers have been released on bail pending further inquires.

Ozzie was given a 50% chance of survival after the attack.
