A former Casualty actress was spared jail after being found guilty of failing to report an accident.
Georgina Bouzova, 30, who played nurse Ellen Zitek in the BBC medical drama was accused of crashing into a parked car in Bristol and driving off.
She was fined £50 and given five points on her driving licence after Bristol Magistrates found her guilty on Monday.
The charge carries a maximum fine of £5,000 and six months in prison.
'Illegible scribble'
The court heard she caused damage - estimated at £360 - when her Nissan Micra hit a Citroen Saxo as she swerved to avoid an oncoming car in the Clifton area of the city last April.
She claims she had left her details on a scrap of paper on the damaged car's windscreen but the note was "an illegible scribble" according to witnesses.
Ms Bouzova had denied one count of failing to report an accident.
The 30-year-old, who also recently starred in Strictly Come Dancing broke-down in tears after Bristol Magistrates Court found her guilty of the offence.
She was also ordered to pay £700 in costs
