Teenager killed in road accident
A 16-year-old boy has died and two people have been arrested after a road accident in Bristol.

The youth was a passenger in a blue Ford Escort which hit a lamp post in Charlton Road, Brentry.

Two others travelling in the car were arrested on suspicion of death by dangerous driving.

Police closed off part of Charlton Road for an examination to be carried out by the road policing unit's collision investigation unit.
