91m cash windfall is short-lived
The wife of a football club boss was shocked to find a letter informing her the balance of a bank account she wanted to close was more than 91m.

HSBC wrote to Wendy Sexstone, 52, wife of Colin Sextone - Bristol City's chief executive - saying it was pleased to inform her balance was more than 91m.

But the cheque accompanying the letter was made-out for just 13.73.

It is believed a clerical error was to blame. No-one from HSBC was available for comment on Monday.
