Police are becoming "increasingly concerned" after a 73-year-old man has gone missing after leaving his home.

Maurice Payne was last seen leaving his house in Durville Road, Headley Park, Bristol, at around 1400 BST on Saturday by his sister.

Mr Payne suffers from epilepsy and has taken his medication with him but he is partially-sighted and has difficulty walking, a police spokeswoman said.

He is white, about 5ft 7in and wearing a red-striped shirt and beige trousers.

The spokeswoman added he has not gone missing before.
