Girl sexually assaulted on street

A teenager has been sexually assaulted by a man with a cockney accent on a Bristol street.

The girl was targeted as she walked along Richmond Hill in Clifton early on Friday. Her attacker is described as white and about 5ft 8in tall.

Police carried out a series of searches near the scene and the force helicopter was called in to assist.

Officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and who saw a struggle to contact them.
