Quantum Property Partnership will also act as a funding partner for the 300m project and will work on the roads and initial buildings at 'SPark'.

One of the first to be built will be an innovation centre.

SPark is a joint project between the South West Regional Development Agency the University of the West of England, and Bristol and Bath Universities.
