Event backs new school technology

The event promotes the technology of the future
Bristol City Council is to host an opening evening promoting the growing importance of information technology in the region's schools.

Connecting Bristol: Schools for the Future is due to take place at the Watershed on Thursday.

Councillor Jos Clark said: "This event is for anyone who wants to find out more about how the council is bringing the latest technology to schools.

"It's a free event, simply turn up and collect a ticket from box office."
