St Nicholas House pub was amongst the properties targeted
More than 200 officers targeted eight flats and one pub in the St Paul's area of the city on Thursday night.
The offences included supplying class A drugs, violent disorder and theft. Some were suspected of immigration offences.
Eight of the arrests were made at the St Nicholas House pub in St Pauls where a significant quantity of suspected cocaine and heroin was also seized.
Police said the warrants were executed after months of intelligence collecting by officers working under Operation Atrium.
