Airport braced for busy Christmas
Bristol Airport is gearing up for its biggest ever Christmas rush, with the first flight of the ski season leaving for Turin on Sunday.

About 80,000 passengers are expected to pass through the doors this week - 25% more than last year.

The airport will remain open over the entire yuletide period, including Christmas Day.

Last year, winter sun destinations like Tenerife were popular, as well as UK cities like Edinburgh and Dublin.
