Hundreds of children danced in the parade

The 2003 St Pauls Carnival has been praised as a major success by organisers and police.
Thousands of people turned out to the event at the weekend, which was marred two years ago after a series of shootings took place the following morning.
This year, it was generally peaceful and good natured, say police, with local schoolchildren, bands and sound systems doing their bit to entertain the crowds.
Organisers decided to take a break last year - the first time for 35 years - to review security following violence after the 2001 event.

Chair of the carnival committe Amirah Cole said it had gone "wonderfully".
"It was bigger and as good as we can get.
"But it can always improve and that's what we are aiming for."
"All the adrenalin was going.
"Everyone has had a great time and all in the theme of carnival - unity in the community", she added.
'Vibrant community'
She estimated that between 40,000 and 50,000 people attended the celebrations.
Hundreds of children took part in the parade wearing colourful costumes made at workshops which were part of an extensive educational programme this year.
Local people prepared a variety of food and bands and dancers took to the stage.

Inspector Chris Weigold said: "It is great to be part of the vibrant community within St Pauls and we are pleased to play our part to support the event."
Police said on Sunday that the event was "very enjoyable, with very little trouble."
In total, four people were arrested, for what officers say were relatively minor offences.
One man was stabbed in the stomach and arm at around 0315 BST on Sunday on St Nicolas Road, and had to be taken to the Bristol Royal Infirmary for treatment.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
