A 17-year-old youth has appeared in court charged with the murder of a Thai man who was stabbed to death at a brothel in West Yorkshire.

Tinakorn Tuekpia, 42, from northern Thailand, died after being stabbed in the chest at the property in Little Horton Lane, Bradford, early on Monday.

The defendant appeared before Bradford magistrates on Saturday and was remanded in custody until 3 September.

A 32-year-old woman who was arrested on Wednesday has already been bailed.

Detectives still want to trace four young men seen in the area at the time of the attack.

They are described as Asian and aged in their late teens or early 20s.

Mr Tuekpia had been living at the brothel with his pregnant girlfriend, police said.
