Men charged over cannabis seizure

Four men have been charged with drug offences by police investigating the alleged importation of cannabis from Spain to West Yorkshire.

The men were arrested after officers recovered one tonne of cannabis resin with a street value of £5m from an industrial premises in Cleckheaton.

They have been charged with conspiracy to supply a quantity of Class B drugs.

The men, aged 62, 36, 46 and 47, were due to appear at Dewsbury Magistrates' Court later.
