Man charged over double shooting

A 67-year-old man has been charged with murder and attempted murder in connection with the shooting of a couple in Bradford.

Ernest Wright, of Bradford, is due to appear before city magistrates later. He is also charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Mr Wright is accused of murdering Neville Corby, 44, on 30 March.

Mr Corby's partner, 31, is recovering after he was shot in the chest in the incident on Ashbourne Road.
