Masked raiders target bookmakers

Four masked men burst into a bookmakers and threatened staff before fleeing with a large amount of cash.

Police said the men, who were all wearing hooded tops and dark clothing, targeted the shop in Dewsbury Gate Road in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Officers believe the men were armed but there is no description of the type of weapons used in the robbery.

Police want to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the raid on Tuesday evening.
