Controversial plans to expand holiday accommodation at a North Yorkshire theme park have been rejected by Harrogate Council.
The plans for Lightwater Valley near Ripon included 204 new caravans, more than 100 lodges, a reception complex and wet weather shelter.
The scheme sparked more than 60 letters of objection from residents.
It was recommended for approval by the council's planning committee, but was rejected by members on Tuesday.
Objectors had complained the proposals would lead to traffic problems in the area and disruption to the countryside.
