Murder charge over woman's death
Detectives have charged a woman with the murder of a pensioner whose body was found at a house in West Yorkshire.

Officers discovered 76-year-old Annie Garbutt's body after being called to a property in The Clough, Battyeford, Mirfield, on Monday afternoon.

Police have not revealed how Mrs Garbutt died.

Joanne Hussey, 32, from Leeds, appeared at Batley and Dewsbury Magistrates' Court on Friday charged with murder and was remanded in custody.
