Cabbie denies taxi death charges
A Bradford cabbie has denied causing the death of a passenger who allegedly fell from a moving taxi.

Iain Cain, 31, of Lodge Street, Cullingworth, near Keighley, died after suffering head injuries last October.

Nazam Khan, 54, of Lidget Green, pleaded not guilty at Bradford Crown Court on Monday to driving dangerously in Halifax Road, Cullingworth.

The trial is due to start on 17 July and Mr Khan's conditional bail will continue until then.

He is also accused of failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident.

Mr Cain, a father-of-one, had been due to get married this summer.
