A Wakefield woman and her baby son who went missing at the weekend have been found safe and well, police say.

Tracy Harkin, 32, had not been seen since Sunday 15 May when she left her home in Hastings Road, Portobello, with her 12-month-old son Jack.

She was then spotted walking over Chantry Bridge towards the city centre with Jack in a pushchair.

But a West Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said on Wednesday: "She has now been found safe and well, as has her baby."
