Man killed in road during 'fight'

A 24-year-old man who died after he was hit by a car during an altercation in South Elmsall near Pontefract has been named by police.

Shaun David Tulley, who lived on the Priory Estate in South Elmsall, was hit by the vehicle in High Street in the early hours of Saturday.

Two 17-year-old youths were arrested and questioned by officers following the incident.

One was released unconditionally and the other has been released on bail.
