Police have named a lorry driver who was killed when a tyre from his vehicle exploded in his face.
Juliano Benjamino Parker, 50, of Farnley, Leeds, had gone to recover the tyre from a grass verge on the M62, near Pontefract, on Monday.
Mr Parker, known as Ben, had earlier managed to stop safely after the front tyre and brake drum fell off his lorry.
