Shoppers complained about feeling intimidated by collectors

A town in Berkshire is to impose strict limits on how and when charity collectors can canvass people on its streets for donations.
Collectors in Bracknell have agreed to limit their operations to just one day a week.
A deal between the collectors and Bracknell Borough Council also means they will operate a self-imposed ban on approaching people in Stanley Walk.
Shoppers had complained of feeling intimidated in the narrow walkway.
Robert Sexton, of Bracknell Forest Trading Standards, said: "What we were concerned about was that people collecting within that area may well cause a health and safety risk to people trying to pass through.
"But also, it gave an opportunity for people not to feel so pressured within an enclosed area."
