A police investigation into the "unexplained death" of a 69-year-old man in Berkshire has revealed he died of natural causes.

The man was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital after "an incident" on Southcote Farm Lane in Southcote, Reading, on Saturday, police said.

He was pronounced dead on Saturday night and post-mortem tests have since revealed he died of natural causes.

A 34-year-old was arrested and remains on police bail until 6 March.
