The employer of a holiday rep who went missing nearly a month ago while working in Majorca has said it is doing "everything in its power" to find her.
Jacqueline Tennant, 45, from Reading, Berks, was working for the travel company First Choice at Holiday Village Viva in C'an Picafort, Alcudia bay.
On 8 October - her day off - she went hill walking, but never returned and has not been seen since.
Spanish police are investigating her disappearance.
Claire Ioannou, First Choice spokeswoman, said: "We are genuinely concerned by the disappearance of Jacqueline Tennant."
She said Ms Tennant was an avid walker who liked to explore the Spanish island on her days off.
"When she failed to turn up for work on the following day it soon became clear that Jacqueline had not returned from her walk and the police were informed," Ms Ioannou added.
"A search of the surrounding area was mounted by the local Protección Civil search and rescue team, aided by a substantial number of Jacqueline's friends and colleagues."
She said the company was supporting Ms Tennant's family with travel arrangements and accommodation and staff were running a local awareness campaign.
"We are doing everything within our power to help find a friend and a colleague, and our thoughts are very much with Jacqueline's family at what must be a very difficult time," she added.
A spokeswoman for the Foreign Office said Ms Tennant was reported missing on 10 October and a police investigation was continuing.
She said: "Our consulate in Majorca is in direct contact with the family and police and we are providing constant assistance to the family."
She said some of Ms Tennant's family had travelled to the island to help in the search for her.
