Dead man found in shopping area

Police are investigating the "unexplained" death of a man who was found with head injuries in the courtyard of a Berkshire shopping area.

The body was discovered shortly after 0600 GMT on Tuesday in the piazza area next to Sainsbury's supermarket on Bath Road in Maidenhead.

Police said they were called to the scene by an ambulance crew.

The entire area, including the nearby Hines Meadow car park, has been cordoned off.
