Bishop tells workers 'do nothing'
Stephen Cottrell
The Rev Cottrell wants people to nurture their inner slob
Scores of busy commuters have started their day being urged to do nothing by the Bishop of Reading.

The Right Reverend Stephen Cottrell was spending Monday morning handing out egg-timers to travellers passing through the town's station.

The Rev Cottrell's stunt was designed to encourage stressed workers to take a moment for quiet reflection.

He said that "nurturing your inner slob" could help people start "an adventure of self discovery".
