A post mortem test will be carried out to find out how the victim died
Four people have been arrested after a man was found dead in a car that collided with a tree.

Three men, aged 23, 27 and 42, and a 44-year-old woman are being held at Reading police station in connection with the man's death.

Police launched an investigation following the car crash on Wednesday evening in Reading, Berkshire.

They said the victim, in his mid 30s, was dead before the collision, but had not been shot.

A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out on the man's body to establish how he died.

Officers are still appealing for witnesses to come forward.

They are keen to speak to people who were around London Road, Kendrick Road and Cemetery Junction between 1900 and 2030 GMT on Wednesday.
