New barracks for Prince William
The Queen and Prince William
The Queen chats to her grandson at his passing out
Prince William will be reporting for his first day with the Household Cavalry in Berkshire on Monday.

The 24-year-old, who left Sandhurst last month, will be based at Combermere Barracks in Windsor.

The Prince will spend several weeks at the barracks before starting five months of training at Bovington Camp in Dorset in March.

He will train to be a troop leader with an armoured reconnaissance unit, like younger brother Prince Harry.

William graduated from Sandhurst in front of the Queen and his girlfriend Kate Middleton in December.
