Fire at Legoland during fireworks
Legoland's Tower Bridge
Legoland attracts about 1.5 million visitors every year
The cause of a fire which broke out at Legoland in Windsor during a firework display is being investigated.

A spokeswoman for the park said it was too early to say if the fire was caused by the fireworks let off at Friday night's event.

Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to tackle the flames at a barn used to store equipment.

Nobody was injured but visitors told the BBC they were trapped on the site for hours after the display.

The park has apologised for any inconvenience caused, but said any delay in leaving the park was no different to any of their other firework display nights.

The spokeswoman added that the health and safety of their visitors comes first and foremost and at no time were any members of the public at risk.
