Woman's body found on school site

The discovery of a woman's body in the grounds of a school has prompted a major police investigation.

The find at Forest School in Winnersh, near Wokingham in Berkshire, closed the school on Monday morning.

Education officials arranged to transport pupils away from the school in Robin Hood Lane after the body was found at about 0820 GMT.

A spokeswoman for the school, which is a specialist business college, declined to comment on the morning's events.
