A 50-year-old man has been accused of pointing his camera phone up the skirt of an off-duty police officer while she was at a supermarket.
Douglas Glover, of High View, Calcot, Berkshire, was charged on Thursday with outraging public decency following the incident at a Sainsbury's store.
The woman, who serves with Thames Valley Police, said it took place at a supermarket in Calcot on 16 May.
Mr Glover is due to appear before West Berkshire magistrates on 3 October.
