Motorists who think they were involved are urged to get in touch

Tens of thousands of people visiting Reading over Christmas could have been caught up in a parking scam.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of obtaining property by deception after drivers were charged to park on land designated as a free parking area.
Police believe the charging happened between 27 December and 3 January.
Details of some cars which were parked on the land - next to the Garrard Street car park - have been taken and the owners contacted.
Thames Valley Police are urging other motorists from across the South East who may have parked at the site to contact them.
They stress that individuals have done nothing wrong, but may have been victims of the alleged crime.
