Proposals to improve two junctions of the M1 in Bedfordshire are being put on public display next month. The Highways Agency wants to upgrade exit roads at junction 11 at Dunstable and junction 12 Toddington. Plans include more lanes for traffic leaving the motorway and installing new signals. Exhibitions outlining the plans will be held in Harlington, Luton and Toddington from 9 to 11 July. People have until 24 September to comment. If agreed, work is due to start in 2010 to be completed by 2013. The exhibitions will be held on: - 9 July 1400-2000 BST at Harlington Parish Hall, Church Road, Harlington
- 10 July 1400 - 2000 BST at Chaul End Centre, Dunstable Road, Luton
- 11 July 1000 - 1600 BST at Toddington Parish Hall, Church Square
