A murder investigation has begun after a man died from a stab wound in Bedford town centre.
Boris Reavey, 19, of The Avenue in Bedford, was killed on Saturday night by a single stab wound to the chest.
The assault took place on Alexandra Road at 2114 GMT. The victim dragged himself to the Studio Club for help but later died at Bedford Hospital.
Mr Reavey's father, John Reavey, said: "Boris was a much loved son. The entire family are devastated by the loss."

Police are hoping CCTV footage might help the search
He said: "He was a vibrant and active young man, a keen supporter of Manchester United.
"We are working closely with the police to bring Boris's killer to justice and we appeal for anyone with information to come forward."
The attack took place outside a nearby church car park.
Bedfordshire Police has completed an extensive forensic search of Alexandra Road and the surrounding area.
The road is now open and house-to-house inquiries are continuing. Detectives are in the area seeking witnesses.
