Banned man, 42, jailed for breach

A 42-year-old man has been jailed for 140 days for breaching an injunction excluding him from a town centre.

Eamon Dennison, of no fixed abode, was seen in an area of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, from where he was banned.

Luton County Court imposed the sentence as Dennison entered the exclusion area on several occasions despite warnings.

The court originally placed Dennison on the injunction after an application by South Bedfordshire District Council on 1 February 2008.

The injunction was in response to a series of complaints about his anti-social behaviour.
