Cannabis seized in raid on house

Police officers have seized 500 cannabis plants during a raid at a house in Buckinghamshire.

A search warrant was executed at an address in Bedford Street, Wolverton, in Milton Keynes.

A Thames Valley Police spokesman said a 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis.

Officers targeted the house after intelligence suggested cannabis plants were being cultivated on a large scale there, police said.
