Youth in court over stab murder

A teenager accused of murdering a man who was stabbed in a Hertfordshire park has appeared in court.

Christopher Faulkner, 20, of Brook Drive in Stevenage was stabbed at the King George V playing field in Stevenage on 21 April.

He later died in hospital from a single stab wound to his chest.

Sahan Yeter, 18, of Jessop Road, Stevenage, was remanded in custody to reappear before Luton Crown Court with a 15-year-old co defendant on 30 June.
