The jury in the trial of three men accused of murdering a faith-healer has retired to consider its verdict.
Alfusaine Jabbi, 22, was found dead in Leagrave Park, Luton, in April 2006.
Tariq Malik, 28, and Khalid Malik, 29, of Selbourne Road, and Imran Khan, 27, of Rondini Avenue, all from Luton, have denied murder at Luton Crown Court.
Jurors heard they are alleged to have duped Mr Jabbi into going to a former client's home to receive payment where they then tortured and killed him.
Camel sacrificed
The customer, Rubina Maroof, is on the run.
The men are said to have bound Mr Jabbi at her home and beaten him with industrial foil before rubbing salt into his wounds and stabbing him. His body was then dumped in a park.
There are two other defendants in the trial, Rubina Shah, who denies one charge of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and Guhar Mirza, Tariq Malik's wife, who denies one charge of perverting the course of justice.
The court has heard how Mr Jabbi, who was Gambian, often promised to spiritually heal customers by sacrificing camels, in return for cash.
