Gang attempt to kill man in home
A man suffered suspected gunshot wounds in an attempted murder after three men broke into his Bucks home.

The victim, who is aged in his early 30s, suffered serious but non life threatening injuries in the shooting at the Farm Close address on Wednesday.

He has been treated for his injuries in hospital where his condition was described as serious but stable.

The three attackers are believed to have made their getaway in a small silver car, Thames Valley Police said.

Ch Insp Stuart Craik, of Thames Valley Police, said: "This is an isolated incident which is uncommon to the Wycombe area.

"I would ask any person in the area of Farm Close or Tilling Crescent at around 11.50pm on Wednesday who may have seen anything to contact us immediately.

"Officers are particularly keen to talk to a woman with a small child who may have witnessed the incident."
