Road closed for resurfacing work
The A421 road will be closed for two nights for resurfacing, the Highways Agency has said.

The work will affect the A421 westbound carriageway from the A6 interchange exit slip road to the Kempston Retail Park roundabout, south of Bedford.

Work will be carried out on Friday 7 July and Saturday 8 July between 2100 BST and 0600 BST.

The A421 westbound entry slip road from the A6 will also be closed but a signed diversion route will be in place.

Drivers are advised by the Highways Agency to allow extra time for their journeys.
