Two people have been charged with arson and recklessly endangering life after an attack on the home of London bomber Germaine Lindsay.
A 20-year-old man from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and a 17-year-old youth will appear before magistrates on Monday.
Another 17-year-old arrested on Friday and charged with the same offences was remanded in custody on Saturday.
The house on Northern Road, Aylesbury, was targeted on Friday morning.
Police were called to the unoccupied property at 0630 BST after reports of a strong smell of petrol in the street.
Lindsay, 19, died in the 7 July bomb attack on a Piccadilly Line train, which killed 26 people.
