Council condemns bullying and has strict procedures to deal with it

Two pupils have been suspended from a Buckinghamshire school after another student was attacked while being filmed with a mobile phone.
Buckinghamshire County Council have confirmed the suspended pupils were from Great Marlow School.
It is not the first incident they have been called to deal with.
Marion Clayton, councillor in charge of schools in Bucks, said: "A handful of other isolated incidents of so-called 'happy slapping' have come to light."
There have been varying degrees of violence involved.
"Some victims have required treatment from a doctor," Ms Clayton continued.
"There is nothing 'happy' about hurting and humiliating another pupil and the county council will not tolerate bullying in any shape or form.
"We have strict procedures and guidelines in place to deal with it."
