Airline switches flights to Luton
Budget airline Helvetic Airways has decided to move its entire UK operation to Luton Airport.

The Swiss airline - which had operated from Gatwick Airport - said it was attracted to the availability of Luton's take-off and landing slots.

Last month the Bedfordshire-based airport celebrated reaching 8m passengers per year for the first time in its history.

Daily services from Luton to Zurich are expected to start from 15 May.
