Technical problems divert plane
An Easyjet plane heading for Luton has been diverted after developing technical problems.

The aircraft which is on its way from Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris has now landed at Stansted.

The pilot reported that a warning signal had appeared on the flight console indicating that the aircraft's flaps were not operating properly.

There is no information yet of numbers of passengers and crew on board but an investigation of the problem has begun.
