Fight to save hidden castle fails

A farmer who built a castle behind straw bales without planning permission says he still believes it is not illegal.

Robert Fidler, of Salfords, Surrey, built the home - complete with turrets - in 2002 and kept it hidden for four years to take advantage of a legal loophole.

The High Court has ruled against Mr Fidler, who says he will now take his fight to the European Court of Human Rights.
