iPad rumours send Cambridge company's shares soaring

The price of shares in a Cambridgeshire-based technology company has soared since the launch of Apple's latest gadget.

There has been speculation that ARM Holdings, based in Cambridge, may have been chosen to make microchips for the iPad.
