Inside look into largest secure children's home

The largest secure children's home, East Moor, is based in Leeds and is run by the city council.

It is different to a young offenders' institute or secure training centre - it is for younger and more vulnerable 10 to 17-year-olds.

Penny Bustin was given exclusive access to East Moor.
