Second man is charged over kidnap

A second man has been charged with kidnap, blackmail and false imprisonment in connection with an incident in Suffolk.

A man was seized in Drinkstone, near Bury St Edmunds, on 13 September and found at an address at Lewisham, south east London, the next day.

Nathan Carty, 24, of Dalyell Road, London, will appear before Bury St Edmunds Magistrates' Court.

Farad Shabazz, 33, appeared at court on Thursday on the same charges.
